1. Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya» is a participant of the insurance pool with JSC «IC Alatau City Garant» for voluntary motor vehicle insurance under the agreement on joint activities of insurance pool participants No. GEN230455789 dated March 15, 2024 (valid for 5 years from the date of signing). The insurance broker is Toyota Insurance Management LLP. Events recognized as insured events are any unforeseen and unpredictable events not excluded by the Insurance Rules (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on Joint Activities of Insurance Pool Participants).
The organization leading the insurance (reinsurance) pool is Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya».
2. Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya» is a participant of the insurance pool with JSC «IC Freedom Finance Insurance» and JSC «IC Alatau City Garant» under the agreement on joint activities of insurance pool participants No. GEN234411463 dated June 17, 2024 (valid for 5 years from the date of signing).
Types of insurance:
1) voluntary motor vehicle insurance;
2) voluntary liability insurance for vehicle owners;
3) voluntary insurance of other financial losses.
The insurance broker is Toyota Insurance Management LLP.
The list of insurance risks that are the subject of the insurance (reinsurance) pool's activities is reflected in the Appendices to the Agreement on Joint Activities of Insurance Pool Participants.
The organization leading the insurance (reinsurance) pool is Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya».
3. Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya» is a participant of the Unified Insurance Pool (UIP) for compulsory professional liability insurance of medical workers, established on October 2, 2024, in accordance with Order No. 58 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 24, 2024. The leading insurance reinsurance organization is designated as MOI (MOY) Insurance Broker LLP.
4. Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya» is a participant of the Pool under Supplementary Agreement No. 6 dated April 30, 2024 to the Agreement on General Terms of Co-insurance Organization (Joint Activities) No. 527 dated January 20, 2021 for insurance of property interests of lessees (policyholders) of JSC «Industrial Development Fund».
The Fund provides financing for manufacturing enterprises through leasing and lending. Under the program, enterprises in this sector can receive financing through leasing and lending in accordance with the Concept of Manufacturing Industry Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2029.
The Pool Administrator, managing broker, is MOI (MOY) Insurance Broker LLP, license No. 2.3.33 dated February 8, 2019.
5. Joint-Stock Company «Neftyanaya Strakhovaya Kompaniya» is a participant of the Voluntary Insurance Pool for property risks of borrowers of JSC «Development Bank of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter – the Pool). The Pool was established on the basis of the Agreement on Joint Activities No. 170 dated October 20, 2025, concluded between insurance organizations – participants of the Pool under the administration of MOI (MOY) Insurance Broker LLP.
The Pool operates in the form of a simple partnership without forming a legal entity and is created to ensure reliable and comprehensive insurance coverage of property interests of borrowers of JSC «Development Bank of Kazakhstan», as well as to increase the stability and balance of distribution of insurance risks among its participants.

The functions of the Pool Administrator are performed by MOI (MOY) Insurance Broker LLP, including organization of document flow, underwriting, reinsurance, contract support, as well as coordination of claims settlement processes.
